We understand that in today’s digital world, data is a critical asset, and its loss can have significant consequences. This is why we have taken every precaution to ensure that our backup and disaster recovery processes are effective and reliable. Our goal is to provide peace of mind to our customers, knowing that their data is secure, protected and available at all times.
Geographical Location of the Data
All Customer Data is stored in Australia soil.
Our disaster recovery strategy uses daily full backups to ensure that data can be restored to a previous state.
All backups are store securely off-site and only authorised staff at Equator IT have access to the backups.
All backups will be retained for a minimum of 60 days.
Backups are tested regularly to ensure their integrity and that data can be recovered.
In the event of a disaster, we will use the latest full backup to restore the system to a previous state.
In case of manual deletion of data by the customer and based on the context of the deletion, it might be possible to undelete and recover partially or completely the data (fees may apply). Customers need to create a ticket with our support team (email@example.com) for our staff to determine the best way to recover the data.
Our engineering teams use tools and services to monitor and analyse the behaviour of our systems. In case of a problem or abnormality, automated alerts will be sent to our operation staff to review and work on the issue.
Check our status site to determine if there are any issues with our service. If the Status site does not show a current issue, please contact our support team (firstname.lastname@example.org).
