The annual license for eBECAS is based on the number of concurrent college administrative users.

** The eBECAS annual license for 5 or more administrative users includes the Student and Teacher portal – the portals include unlimited access for students and teachers.
*** The API to read and write to the eBECAS database is included in the annual license for 10 or more users – integrate you College website for online applications.

All user workstations should be running Microsoft Windows operating system (preferably Windows 10) and have Microsoft Office installed.
