Equator Pty. Ltd. trading as Equator Information Technology (Equator IT, we, us or our) provides eBECAS and related services.
This page identifies the third-party providers and Equator IT affiliates that we engage to process Customer Data on our behalf in providing eBECAS (each a Subprocessor). It forms part of the eBECAS Data Processing Addendum and should be read with the Customer Terms of Service, Privacy Policy and Data Processing Addendum.
Customer Data hosted and controlled by Equator IT as part of eBECAS is stored in Australia. A Subprocessor may have access to Customer Data only where necessary to provide the service described below and subject to appropriate privacy, confidentiality and security obligations.
