Think of Agent Contracts as your central hub for managing agent agreements. Instead of scattered details, you now have one place to capture everything that matters, including:
- Contract status and dates
- Contract owner (college staff)
- Agent Representative
- Custom fields and layouts tailored to your workflows
This way, your agent relationships stay consistent, transparent, and easier to manage, while giving you the flexibility to adapt to each unique partnership.
💰 Smarter Commission Management
With Agent Contracts, you can set commission rates directly within a contract. When you link a contract to an offer, the available commissions for that offer will come from the contract itself. This ensures:
- Accuracy in commission selection
- Simplified offer creation
- Clear visibility of which commissions apply
If an agent only has one active contract, the system will automatically pre-select it on the offer—saving time and reducing manual work.
🔎 End-to-End Visibility
Once linked, contracts flow through from offers to enrolments. This lets you:
- Report on offers and enrolments at the contract level
- Gain deeper insights into agent performance
- Support more informed discussions during new contract negotiations or renewals
The linked contract is also visible in the Offers and the Enrolment grids, giving you quick access to contract details directly from your day-to-day workflows.
Notes, Documents, Messages and Bookmarks
Each Agent Contract comes with its own document store and notes. This allows you to:
- Keep contract-specific documents within the contract
- Add and track notes directly within the contract
- Access contract-related files from the agent’s overall document list
- Send emails and attach contracts with ease

FAQs
No. Contracts are optional, though highly recommended. You can continue managing agents and commissions without them, and your current process will remain unchanged if you choose not to use contracts.
No. Commissions can still be managed outside of contracts. However, using contracts provides greater accuracy, structure, and improved reporting.
They work the same way as before. You can create commissions directly for the agent (not tied to a contract). These commissions will be available in offers where no contract is selected.
When creating an offer, you can select which contract to apply. If the agent has only one active contract, it will be automatically pre-selected when you choose the agent.
Yes. You can use custom fields and layouts to tailor contracts to your college’s specific requirements.
Yes. With this release, the contract field can be added to the Offers and Enrolments grids. This allows you to build simple datasets that can be exported to Excel if required. More advanced reporting functionality will be available in future releases.
The full functionality of Agent Contracts is only available in Next Generation. In Classic, agent contract fields are visible in offers, enrolments, and agent commissions, but they are read-only and cannot be modified. Additionally, selecting a contract within an offer is supported only in Next Generation.
