Every student journey is unique. With the new Student Special Support feature, staff can now record and manage individual support needs—from language and literacy to disability and digital support. This information is stored securely under the student’s profile in the system and can be updated as their needs evolve.

Keep Teachers in the Loop

Sometimes, the right support starts with the right information. Staff can choose to publish student support entries to the Teacher Portal, making it easy for trainers to recognise and respond to students who need extra help. A clear “SPECIAL SUPPORT” label will show up in the Class Absences and Class Results pages, alerting teachers without revealing private details.

Compliance Without the Complication

Need to demonstrate that you’re actively supporting students and making reasonable adjustments where needed? Now it’s easier than ever. This feature helps document the support your college provides, ensuring you’re meeting expectations around inclusive education and student wellbeing.

With date tracking, categories, rich descriptions, and file attachments, each entry becomes part of a complete student support history.
